    73 Grabber,
Is SEM the only company that claims to make OEM vinyl interior colors. I tried their Bluemist 15213 against the blue vinyl in my 73 Grabber but it was quite a ways off. Anyone out there with a blue interior have better luck?

I had some vinyl paint mixed to match the unexposed part of the blue dash pad on my 72 Maverick Sprint. I thought it looked good and was a good match. I believe the original paint had a little metallic in it. Used the same paint over epoxy primer on the metal dash. I can probably find the formula if you want it.

Auto body supply shops, or any place that mixes auto paints can make any color of vinyl dye to match your car. Take in a sample, (like a door panel) and they can match you up with the right stuff. The only color I've ever had trouble matching is the Ford gingers.

I have both brushed it on and sprayed it on with good results. Prep is everything with vinyl dye. Clean is a must, as any old dirt or grease will not allow the dye to penetrate properly.

    :)

A scanned image of the label is attached. If you can't read it, PM an email address and I'll send you a higher resolution scanned image.

Since a urethane binder was included, does that mean it's urethane?
