Sweet! See you there! I'll be the guy with the beater Maverick, Mercurycruisers will be the guy with the nice Comet, and Comet155 will be the other guy with the nice Comet.

If I were within a reasonable distance, I'd be on my way over with a six pack and a wrench or two.

Pulled an "all dayer" yesterday. Most everything is together. Just have to do the final torquing today and bolt the pot back on. Hopefully it will seal up without any leaks.

Everything is back together. Test drive checked out...no air/fuel or coolant leaks. Finally ignored the 22 ft lb recommendation and torqued 'em to 5-6 ft lbs. Seems to be plenty, especially with Gascacinch in the middle and Ultra Black around the water ports.
They're guesstimating rain/showers this Wednesday AGAIN?!
If the weather holds out...gonna try and make a run down there. I'm becoming frustrated/disillusioned with these weather predictions stabbing us in the back every time.

Well I have reserved my trailer and can't back out, so since my first borrowed truck fell through, if I can make the second borrowed truck work out (cross your fingers) I'll be there.
