The Welcome icon with the waving smiley face never stays with the 24 icons to the right of post text screen but this icon gets really heavy use, especially in the new members forum. Most of the time I have to go looking for it in the "more" area, Any way to keep it among the 24 icons?
if it helps you can type in Welcome with a : on each side. Like this :welcome: but with a capital W and it will turn into the thing <---I typed that, not browsed for it.
