    just heard that weld wheels has filed for bankruptcy in kc. rumor has it that american racing may pick them up.:(

    Two 1973 LDO Mavericks (one 4 Drag one 4 driving like Mad on the roads :) ) also have a 75 6cyl Stock! Ok, well sort of Stock :P
    it is really not american racing that is doing all the buying ... its some canadain company that bought AR and just recently wanted to invest in the automotive market... Boyd Coddington was one of them. Saleen was a prospect as well... but they did not sell.

    you could say that American Racing isn't American at all since most of their wheels are made overseas and is now owned Canadian ;)

    Thats because they charge more for 1 motorcycle wheel than they charge for a complete set of car wheels.
