On Sunday i went to another swap meet only this time it rained only a tiny bit, i feel so lucky. While i was there i saw the same Maverick as last time for sale but no one was all that interested it would seem. It may have been the $2500 price tag WITH no motor, i think the guy should go a little lower in price. I also picked up a 1970 Maverick information booklet that you would get at a dealership, this is something i have been looking for for a long time. And lastly i found a Chilton's repair manual from 1974 and it's a hard cover, thank God no one seems to want this stuff. Over all it was a good day.
I love swap meet and car show season :bananaman Helps you forget all about the bad winter that just passed
Yeah for me this swap meet is the start of the car show/ cruise/ swap meet season. Next Thursday the local cruise night starts and this Sunday is the Daydreamers meet and greet......... wow we are knee deep into it and i love it. All i can say is, finally, hit the road Winter.
