I am thinking since the interior is Black and orange painting the car Black with orange highlights, kinda like a reverse typical grabber. It is white now with orange graphics and orange vinyl top. The top is new and would like to keep it. It is a halo style (I think that is what it is called) Adding a comet Gt scoop. The other thing is painting orange with black highlights. I just kinda thought it would be more original with black paint and orange highlights as I have yet to see a mav painted in that color scheme. Any ideas?

That looks pretty good. Dont know if I'd try to put much more orange than that on it. JMO

I like that combo......to be honest I was thinking about doing my black one that way originally.....but I was going to do a little different version of the Comet GT stripe.......I was thinking of making the stripes connect from one side to the other.....meaning run a stripe across the car at either the rear of the trunk or across the front of the hood (old 68' slow-maro stripes) making the side stripes connect..........there is a 68' camaro that runs OSCA that has the strip on it and I really like it!

I think it would look cool!
I will find a pic if you want?
