what do i use

    i just bought a different maverick and the interior needs some help one thing is the back seat side panels are so faded they look grey and not saddle tan what can be used to bring the collar back? and also something for metal as i want to change the steering out for a manual tranny one:huh:

    1972 Maverick Grabber - Color: Orange Also, 1976 Ford Maverick 4-door, 1977 Mercury Comet 2-door.
    You will find the side panels probably too far gone to be brought back. They are probably dry and flakey and will be real tough to paint. Paint/Dye is the only thing that are going to bring them back.

    As far as the metal...paint will do the job.
