Im wanting to upgrade my headlights to brighter more modern lights and I found this witch gave me the idea to just delete stock turn signals up front. What do you guys think http://www.ebay.com/itm/330747146651

they look like boobs with implant scars lol

no seriously though I dont like the turn signal in the headlight. Ive been halfway looking for headlights like those but without the turn signal in them. they can be found easily at the local speed shop but theyre expensive. like $40 each if I remember right. theyre going to have to wait a LONG time before I spend $80 on a set of headlights

I've heard those may not be road legal in all states. California is particularly rough. Be sure and check before installing.

Personally though I like the look. But wouldn't use it as my only turn signal.

I really like that. It's hard for me to see at night anyway. The brighter the better!

That looks great! The reason why I'm thinking about Mayne doing the ones with the turn signal is because on my 70 the front right passenger side turn signal wire broke so im deciding on of I should get the built-in turn signal or just fix/replace my stock turn signal. Wanted to get guys opinion :)

Fix the stock signal, the LEDs are hard to see during the day.

Those ones would need the headlight bucket trimmed.,the ones I'm using fit right in.

why would those require any trimming? arent the stock headlights an old 8" standard ford headlight? I havent really gave it much thought but I know the old headlights are coming out someday.
the import guys call those headlights angel eyes or halo and dont get caught driving with just those rings on at night its the same as not having your lights on according to the highway patrol in california

can we get a pic of the jeep lights on at night compared to stock?
did the stock plug fit the jeep headlight?

That'll be awhile before I get that far, but I have no doubt they'll be brighter with the 6000K hid kit, compared to the factory lights.

Did the Jeep headlights plug right in or did they need some re-wiring?

No they don't plug right in, they are new style headlights, and use bulbs that twist in from the rear. Once I'm done I'll do a full, write up.

can you go out and finish it up already teh suspense is killing me. lol

Ive been looking for a newer headlight setup and have been strongly considering the tribar headlights but dont know how much brighter they would actually be

I remember when the siver star headlights came out and were supposed to be SO much brighter then factory but they didnt do crap in my old truck and I spent like $40 instead of $20 and I only really needed to replace one headlight so really I only needed to spend $10
