    There a was guy on here v8maverick was his name, he bought a 72 grabber brown with yellow stripes?? i think it was, He was gonna restore the car, i absolutly love that color combination, anybody heard of any updates?? there a good shot of that color combination car on the rockford files...that's what reminded me of the car! (y)

    i do kinda like the brown. my friend got his brown '71 4dr painted an ugly dark red and it made me sad :cry:

    I started working on it last winter but haven't had the time of recent. So far I replaced the carpet, cleaned up the engine compartment, replaced the radiator, water pump, hoses, belts, top end engine gaskets, and a tune up. This winter I'll do the brakes and put on the new white wall tires on steel rims I got for it, after that I'll start on the body work and get it painted ,probably in 2009 I'll be close to being done.
