I am getting ready to swap my motor mounts out. Is there a good aftermarket one that everyone runs or should I go with oem style but put a bolt through it?

BTW I know this could go into a different forum part but I figure drag racing is probably putting the most stress on the motor mounts so here would be my best bet

<<<---------I ran a bolt in my drivers side only up until spring of last year. Worked just fine! Bolt was in use when my avatar pic was taken lol...

Stock rubber OEM. The only ones you need to run a bolt through are the cheap ones made in India.
The Factory Ford mounts have safety anchors in them.
Polyurethane mounts are too stiff. The motor needs to move. I've heard of transmissions breaking due to Polyurethane motor mounts.

I have the Ford OEM ones in my '72 that have the factory bolt in them.
