What to do next

    1973 2dr Maverick 302c my other car got stolen!!
    Alright i got a new job wich takes up most of my time but it pays well and my mav is doing so good. Well i have about $200 to spend every week.well i saved up for two weeks and i am going to buy a new wiring harnnes. Then i was thinking of getting new headers but what kind? Then Mufflers, Pipes 3", Then the cut outs and tips. then a new ignition system, then the supension system, then cleaning and dressing up the engine, then body. Is there somthing that i misses?

    Missing my old '70 Maverick
    "Safety First" ... until it IS safe. ;)

    Make a plan including part numbers / expenses / time, etc. and it will help you out a lot.

    Because we're not sure of the condition of everything else, safety is the first thing that comes to mind (brakes, steering, turn signals, etc).

    Yes....safety before 3" pipes and other "doo-dads".

    Brakes, suspension, etc.

    They are right, you could have all the chiny engine parts and loud exhaust but if a balljoint busts and you hit something its all worth nothing in the end.

    All of my safety stuff is alright. My mav is my daily driver every thing is good on it as to safety that is.

    It has disk on the front dont know if i want to do it all the way around. I am going to replace all the suppension parts and i might do it then if i want to.
