I recently picked up this 1973 Comet. Obviously it has a Grabber hood, but I'm trying to determine what else has been changed.

    WOW!!!! Nice looking car.

If it is a comet, it has all mav front end, front bumper, grille, and hood.

Or if it is a mav, it has a comet taillight panel and taillights.

My guess is it is comet, and they dumped the mid-size thicker bumper for a maverick front end.

Its definitely a Comet. The small bumpers are throwing me off. Anyway if I can determine if its a GT? its a factory 302 w/ air.

Thanks! I traded a 61 Tbird for it. I like the "upgrade"

Hood, grille, & bumper. Very nice car, but I would have kept the T-bird.

 some cool stuff has been done to your car. that color is super nice with those wheels and the grill is perfect with those small fog lights I also like the chin spoiler

Beautiful car, the hood has got to go. PM me and I'll give you my address. :). Seriously though that is one sharp car. Keep it the way it is.
