Would you rather have your car Overhauled or your ride Pimped? I am refering to the T.V. shows.

If anybody pretended to steal my car and then changed it without my input I'd be pissed.

no question. Overhauled- the simple truth being that Chip Foose is one of the best if not "the" best for custom anything!

    in my opinion(y)

I'd be happy if Chip Foose would draw(is that what its called?) a picture of my car. He is just amazing.

Either one would be fine. If it was the pimped show, I'd simply remove all the really expensive stupid crap they put in (who the hell wants 5 televisions in their car?), sell it and next thing you know, I have a legitimate nine second door slammer that still needs a paintjob.
If it were the overhauled show, they have at least a fighting chance of ending up with something really great and anything I didn't like I'd just change.

Either one would work for me as well, 'cause I can see myself collecting old age pension before I finish if I have to do it on my own dime. :)

Chip Foose is the King of cars in my opinion and he can do what ever he wants to to one of my cars. Of course, Troy can too.........

Chip and Troy all the way. I'm not to big on the realistic style flames but could learn to live with them. How much do you think those cars increased in value after they completed the overhaul? I would think that a Foose designed and built car would be worth quite a bit and would be a instant collector.

According to the poll it looks like everybody pretty much agrees that Foose is awesome and definitely the way to go. When you figure the amount of parts and labor they are putting into these cars, it's unbelievable. They're spending upwards of $30-40 grand in just parts and the labor is probably just as much if not more. Just think about it, if they use 50 people on a car and each guy only makes $500 during the entire week, that's $25,000 in labor. You think Foose is working for $500??? Anyway, we just need to figure out the trick on what it takes to get those guys to pick one of us. It would be so awesome to see them doing a Maverick or Comet. Too many Chevies being done if you ask me. :(
