I have a 1975 Maverick 4door, and im wondering what the widest wheels w/tires I can fit on the back without rubbing? I have the stock 14R wheels on it now, I'd like 15's on it, but i'm not sure. Thanks!
hey man,ive been trying to get that solved for a while now and from what i have been told of,a 295/50R15 is probably the widest on a 15 without rubbing on a 15x8 but im running 15x10s,so if you plan on going that wide,you will need to roll the fenders,also a good 3 1/2-4 inch backspace is best, But thats just what ive gathered from what ive been told,hopefully someone with more know-how can answer it better for you.
