where can i find Interior parts?!?!?!

    Hello , i have 71 mercury comet gt , i am trying to find interior parts and change my interior to black..

    i was wondering where u can order ,new interior ,parts from , i was looking for a, brand new dash pad ,not a cover style ,but an new one to install..

    Where can u buy new side panel,s for the doors?????? my car is a 71 mercury comet gt . thought there difrence between maverick and comet side panel emblems??

    is there a place to buy new bucket seat cover,s .like the bucket seat is good ,but if u could just redo the seat cover,s them self , and i am also looking for ,i not sure the word for the style of the look for the seat cover,s, there was several diffrent styles of seat coverings for bucket seats back in the day ,but i want the black performance style look ,like in a 69-70 mach one ....

    This would also can i fine a new seat skin ,replacement cover for the 2 parts of the rear bench seat , in the same style , i looking for with the bucket seats ,as above... thanks for all the help....

    No one reproduces dash pads, yet. So you are either going to need a NOS pad, use the cap or repair it by hand yourself.

    No one reproduces door panels yet either, so you will again need to make them yourself, get a shop to make them or just find some nice used ones.

    Mustang 71-73 high back bucket seats are the same as 71-72 maverick/comet high back bucket seats, so new skins and foam is available. The rear seats are unique to maverick/comets, but a member here (fmc56) may be able to make them for you, or an upholstery shop may also be able to help.

    Hey Rusty ,do u know any one that had these dash pad caps , put over there original dash pad , does it look good , or does it look like u can tell on dash pad is lay over another pad , i have a funny felling trying to find a good NOS Black dash pad be hard press to find , and the dash caps , might be only chose , so i was wondering how they look and function and over all qulity and looking original?!?!?! thanks

    It might be a bit difficult to find a NOS Black dash pad and if you do it'll cost you a pretty penny. The dash caps actually look and fit pretty good. You can get one from ebay delivered to your door for $100 or less. A lot of people don't use adhesive to keep them on and they still stay on pretty good. Mine does, unless I'm :chirp:
