Where to purchase an Air Filter Housing - Mav 74

    Hi folks,

    I'm Roberto from South America and I'm restoring a 74 4 cylinder Maverick.
    I'm having a hard time finding the filter + housing. Since I'm a non native speaker does someone know if the common name for online purchasing is different and where do you recommend that I check online (US sites preferably) for Mav spare parts for my car.

    The 4cyl engine was never used in a American Maverick. Assuming it's 2.3L with 2 barrel carb, I'll guess the air cleaner assembly from a Mustang II('74-'78 US) would possibly fit.

    As far a locating, the air cleaner housing assembly is long out of production, used parts will be only choice. Locating air filter element should be no problem.
