Is armorall the best product for the leather? Or can anyone recommend a better product?

The problem with armorall is once you use it you have to keep using it. There is some chemical in there that if you use something else the surface becomes very dull. I use Meguiar's its alot betterf than armorall.

I've never heard that thing about Armour All, but I've never used it.

Maguires Gold Class Rich Leather Cleaner and Conditioner in the spray bottle. I use it on all the leather, vinyl, and plastic parts.

for leather I use diluted murphy's oil soap ,if its really dirty I use it full strength on a wet rag, after i wipe it all off with another clean wet rag I use meguires leather cleaner and conditioner It makes the white leather saddlebags on my vintage Harley look brand new.

Thats a bad word!!!! Not even allowed to say the A word at work. I'd get lynched by the whole body shop. LOL. Its horrible stuff and doesnt protect well at all. We try to stay silicone free but its tough to do.
Meguiars m40 vinyl cleaner that I use on my car at home is a silicone product but it works really well/smells like new leather and doesnt build up like armor all. It has a nice light sheen to it and looks natural unlike armor all. I cant use it at work though.

I use the same thing Bob.

I have always used it for leatherworking and leather tooling, but after trying it on vinyl and leather in cars, I was impressed. Works great on leather furniture too. Lexol makes a version just for vinyl, called Vinylex, but I just use the original Lexol leather conditioner.
