we;ll im gettin ready to tare into my comet gt and was wondering whos out there that has parts? like auto krafters, or ?any help would be great tryin to do some checking around before i get into it
i know rock auto carries some.. I'm sure some of the more experienced folks on here know of a few more.
we,ll im looking for wheelopening chrome/dash pad,the chrome parts that are by the back side windows,plus theres stuff i have,nt found yet
Ebay or put a want ad on here. Nobody carries most of that. There is a dash pad cover that looks really good. There on Ebay all the time. Nobody repops the chrome pieces. Most suspension and motor parts are available at any parts store.
ok thanks for the info i,ll start looking around,im not intrested in the dash cover but will hold out for a nice pad somebodys gotta have some parts.
Nice pads are a minimum of $200-$250. The dash cap can go right over the top and keep your good dash pad in good shape.
Check with Fred fmc56 here on the board. He can refurb your dash pad for you. The other parts will need to be found used or hunt around. You could check with Green Sales as well.
