Will a C6 fit in a 69.5 trans tunnel without cutting the tunnel out? Can it be swapped right in, what else can I do? Just spit my C4 out on the ground,,, its just a stock 5.0!!! lost drive, 2 and 1, has good reverse though,,, makes a noise when its in drive,,, grinding sound,,, Chad

I don't believe a C6 will fit due to the smaller trans tunnel. Of course, anything will fit with a grinder, BFH and welder... but if you don't want to do mods to tunnel, I would just get another C4 built to handle whatever power you are putting out.

Requires modification to the firewall/trans tunnel, and is too heavy to justfy using, unless you're running a big-block. C-4s are light-weight, and plenty strong when built correctly...
