Actually I believe they are taller than the Maverick tail lights so they might hang over the raised area. I'll have to measure them this afternoon after work.

I believe you're right, Dennis. A bit of fabrication work on the rear panel and you could make them work. I can't recall if anyone has done this already or not. I do know that the Bobcat and Shelby tailights have been addressed in the past.

Hmmm...guess Ill check into the whole Bobcat Shelby thing then... Its a shame, I really love the look of the Comet lights. But not enought to swap out an entire tail panel.

    Thanks,

I just looked, the Shelby/Cougar tails are seriously righteous. I would prefer Comet tails, but dang, those Shelby lights are nice.

Yup.......the raised panel is right around 4 3/8" and the Comet tail lights are 5 1/2" tall.

Crap. Oh well, it was just an(unoriginal) idea. I was only wondering because my drivers side light is bent and needs to be replaced anyways. I figured I may as well check out the options for replacements.

    Thanks alot for measuring :)
