I saw this on another forum.... but i don't know if our panels are molded the same or not. And all my panels have been repainted so i cant try it out, until i go to the junkyard next time.
BE CAREFUL WITH THAT LINSEED OIL! stacked rags of it will "spontaneously combust" seen this first hand at two different chem plants. other than that this process should be identical for the plastic panels in our cars. just do a small test piece first, if you dont have one let me know and i may try to find one on the comet...
Back in the late 60's the wood shop at school burned up because someone used sawdust to soak up spilled Linseed Oil then put the sawdust in the trash bin. Might not be a bad idea to burn the rags that day when you’re through. Rags are cheaper than a house or shop.
edible and flammable, so its probably not good to use in the popcorn maker . i have some panels I'm not using so i might try it out, if i can find where i left my motivation
