window problems

    i am getting a new passenger door tommorow that is rust free but has a broken window. the door i have now dosent have a broken window. how do you change them?

    Roll the window down a little until you can see the track. Near each end you will see a round plastic retainer. In the center of the retainer is a pin. Take a thin phillips screwdriver and punch the pin out. Then reach around the front of the retainer and push it out towards you. Get a good grip on the glass cause its heavier than it looks and it will come free as soon as the retainer is pushed out of the track.

    make sure you have the correct hole pattern in your glass.(mounting holes) are the same distance apart...frank...:bouncy:

    You need the interior door panel off in order to perform the above.
