Can anyone tell me how many windshield molding clips there are on my 73 Maverick? I'm going to replace the windshield gasket/seal and want to install new clips. I know the old ones are shot or will be destroyed when removing.

    clips

I checked out the ones on AutoKrafters. They're around $0.55 each but since I don't have mine out yet, I have no way of comparing them. They are listed on there to fit a '73 Maverick. That would be the main issue, that they fit.

Unless the clips you find, are exactly like the ones used from the factory, don't waste your time or money. Most of the replacements I found were too thin, and would compress when you installed the trim. Mavericks & Pintos used the same " yellow" clip.
