I have pulled all the parts from a donor car to do a small bumper conversion on my 75 Maverick. I have a question regarding the front fender notch. Is the notch only so the deflector panel under the grill will fit, or is it needed also for the bumper? Will the lower valance panel bolt directly to a car with big bumper fenders?

    It's for the gravel shield.

Is there a provision in the wiring harness for the added parking lamps under the small front bumper or will they have to be wired in (custom)?

Your parking/turn signal lamp harness will reach the lower parking /turn signal lamps. If you want Sport Lamps you will need a separate harness
