He advised that he has sent in TWO applications to join this outfit with NO RESPONSE .. He sent dues each time. I told Chuck I'd see what I could turn up to help him.

How can I avoid this? Do I have to upload media to the gallery? Is it enough if I copy the pic to my local machine first like in snipit or paint.net?
