1973 Maverick Grabber

Recently bought this home restored 1973 Ford Maverick Grabber (vin confirmed)

It's a little rough around the edges but is in pretty decent condition. Currently repairing:

- Aftermarket electronic door locks dont work 100% and drain the battery
- Shifter is not functioning properly, pops out of gear when tapped and isnt installed correctly
- Choke/carb are busted, replacing
- Engine/Transmission/axle are out of donor cars, mismatched components need to be standardized and tested for compatibility
- gauge clusters non functional
- misfire and timing issues
- leaks all over, power steering/transmission/engine oil
- alignment

Future fixes:

- no reverse lights, transmission is newer and I need to find a way to marry the two
- no parking brake, rear axle was replaced for disc brake conversion but the parking brake linkage was removed
- general repairs, paint, wheels, weatherstripping, badges, interior cleanup, engine bay cleanup
- A/C and Heat

Future ideas:

I'd love to restomod this mismatching project car. Put a high HP V8, manual trans, fender flares, meaty tires/wheels etc and have a really fun car.
