Didn't see any dripping or wet buttflies. Ran it without the fan on so it would be good and hot. Can this be a choke issue? Because it's more of a problem when it's cold outside. Maybe it's staying closed... causing it to not get enough air and seem flooded? The choke operates to wide open when the car is hot. I have tried different choke settings over the months (lean to rich), but maybe it's just not functioning at all until the car gets hot. Would that even make sense with an electric choke?
Adjusting the choke seemed to make no difference. What would be the best way to check to see if it's functioning for start ups? Is there a voltmeter test, or visual I could do?
