I just bought a 1970 Ford Maverick. I'd never driven a car pre 1989 model year, every car I've driven has had PS/PB.

    I've owned/driven 7 cars in my 12 years of driving. 6 Mustangs (1989, 1991, 1997, 2001, 2001, 2012) and one Nissan Skyline (1996, RB20).

So, I'm looking forward to getting familiar with these old cars for a long time.

Mine is an all original 2-door, 49k original miles, 200ci inline 6, Auto Trans, gold with tan split bench interior. Drives good, although needs a tune up. Been in a barn most it's life. No rust anywhere, really a pretty car. I hope to get to know some of you guys and get some advice on parts and what not.

    More pics to come soon

Yea. I like it... Kind of bummed when I found the data plate though...

It's all rubbed off, can't read it...

The vin is all you need. You can get a marti report from martiauto.com it will tell exactly how your car was equipped when it left the factory. Enjoy your new Maverick. I really like that color on it!
