    Hey guys! Just got my first maverick not too long ago and she's on the road! Looking for suggestions on upgrades and the ins and outs. She's a 1970 maverick, 4spd manual, 289 v8 and mustang wheels. Can't wait to start getting some upgrades.

    Ride over to Washington, PA next Saturday for the Maverick Comet Club International (MCCI) Roundup Nationals car show. There will be plenty of Mavericks and Comets to look at and people to chat with to give you some ideas for your car.

    We will be taking our '75 Comet GT to the show.

    :Welcome: from Atlantic Canada! I would also suggest disc brakes. Either fronts, or Front AND Rear. You should look at the Classified section here and see if anyone has any and would be willing to bring them to Round-Up Nationals in Washington, PA. It'd save you some shipping... :thumbs2:
