Two small updates. Got to the track with the 3.55 gearing. Also scored a pretty decent condition deluxe cap.
Going to be ordering the stuff to set up the bump feature in the Holley. I also will be hooking up the water meth kit. Intake air temp was 117 at end of the 1/4 mile. Not awful. But definitely think I can get that to drop a decent amount which should in turn drop the ET even more. Really shooting for that 9 second pass this year

I didn’t realize I didn’t upload the interior. Added carpet. Hooked up some switches and LEDs for reverse (pro tree trans brake is a little bit of a pain on the street). Electric fan and water pump. This way I can cool it off between rounds. 664DE457-0D43-4DC1-9FAE-0EBC0EE0649C.jpeg 4EA7A199-113D-4F6D-8D44-8FD7867B4806.jpeg 18FAD5E2-D1BB-4C94-9F0C-9B37CB3A79AA.jpeg

I’ve got the terminator x. And deka 80 lb injectors. Honestly. Even as the more entry level Holley the system is phenomenal. Especially after finding a dealer the pricing really isn’t bad at all. The software between the hp, dominator, and terminator is very similar and very user friendly. I was driving car around on the self learn for months. Plus people like Devon vanderhoof on YouTube have so much info on the holleys that any questions you may have are probably on there. I am setting up the trans brake / bump button and watched a half hour video on him setting it up. It’s crazy the stuff you can do with it all. I highly recommend Holley.

Sounds great to me ive Got a set of high impedence 60lb fast injectors and a set of holley low impedence 120lb inj. I had the 120s in and the car was running pretty good on the tune I had in it then all the sudden it went to sputtering ,I changed plugs with no help we thought the inj. Might be to big so I replaced them ,no help , we finally figured out i lost 3 drivers for the inj. And fast doesnt support the classic anymore so im gonna try the x i think and see if the car will wake up on it thanks for the help.

About a year ago I had an awful broken grill on my car. At the Nmra race In maple grove I was able to score a later grill with the turn signals. About a week ago found the early grill listed locally. I am torn between which I prefer on my car .

Don’t mind the bent up hood molding, the person I purchased grill off had it and threw it in. I wanted to be able to see what it would take to attach one to my fiberglass hood, so I could order a reproduction one or source a cleaner used one 2854710B-8D86-489C-9F3C-F74AC3F614B2.jpeg 5E715D17-22C9-4C75-94C9-F0D019FF2CD6.jpeg

After these two passes I was kindly asked to leave. Guess it’s time to put a full cage in and get my nhra license and such.

Very happy with the results. I would of never expected this car would go this quick this year.

Nice times! My fastest pass was 11.88 in a 3900 pound GTO. Need to get the Maverick going and see what it can do.

Yeah they threw me out yesterday. Which I expected. But after looking into what I’m going to need to do to get legal I had a little sticker shock. It’s worth it though. It’s come a long way from the mid 14 second car it was when I bought it. Lol.
