T5 cable operated clutch pedal conversion

    I have both fox & SN95 clutch pedals, so the plan is to convert the non-power pedal assembly that’s in the car. Then see if converting the power assembly is a viable option, I don’t want to destroy a power brake assembly if possible.

    Have you done the swap yet? I have a line on some SN95 pedals and want to use them.

    No, it’s on the list for this spring. It shouldn’t be a problem, you’ll just be using the pedal and grafting it onto the Maverick/Comet pedal box.

    Added a sn95 pedal. Used a 1" od 3/4" id x 6" steel bushing. Then used bronze bushings to replace the oem plastic. Used a washer to fill in the remaining gap. Travel is smooth.

    Do the pedals go on each side of the steering column? If so, does the column have to be removed or can they slide around it?

    Pedal assembly mounts above column, you may be able to unbolt column and lower it down to remove pedal assembly but IMO remove it and make things easier on yourself.
