    That's what I said in my first post - they cant be that bright :coco:

    I could see thieves looking to turn a big buck being after a 69 Z-28 or an original HEMI car but a Maverick? :huh:

    I think it will turn out that they are out for a joy ride - hopefully :thumbs2:

    Not this year. I am for sure going to both next year with the roadster project. I am that close to paint. I had it fire up now it is stripped and I am painting the engine bay then each panel that is off the car then the rest of the body. Needless to say I am stoked to be on the final steps of the project.

    Dude that sucks!! Why people have to stoop so low as to steal someones car is beyond me. :bs:

    Good luck on getting it back! And I agree with the others who mentioned about putting ads in the paper and online. Post pics wherever possible.

    Good thing you filed a report. That was step 1. I would guess it was stolen for a joy ride, or stolen to be sold for scrap metal. Might want to contact all the metal recycling places around your area.

    Sorry to here about this. I hope it works out good for you. I know how it feels. We had a '78 Mustang II, 3 payments left to go. It was stolen from the front of the house. Never saw it again.
