    Right now I am going to go with heat lamps. It should do the trick, if not then I will need to come up with a heating element and an enclosure. The vacuum form-able vinyl takes much less heat than the plastics used in rigid vacuum forming.

    There's a man in my area that Vac-forms high end R/C race boat hulls in his garage. We all wish we knew what plastics he uses?

    Since he is doing rigid plastic forming, he does something like this:


    The plastic comes in sheets and you cut it to size to fit your former. I don't know all the names of the different types of plastics, they all have different uses.

    What I am going to be doing can be seen here:


    Same concept, just different materials. Ofcourse I will also be doing the crack filing, smoothing and covering the dash with new foam before putting new vinyl on it.

    Obviously, that is a parabolic buffalo resonator....may affect bipeds, and some rodents...Granny used one similar to hypnotize the Watkins man...hey, good work, you can do it....
