I seem to recall a "kit" out there to do just that. It was developed for the Mustang crowd for the same reason. I do not know of a vendor. I hope this helps.

    these say...
"This setup alloys 1986-89 Nissan Stanza front rotors with 1983-89 Chevrolet Cavalier calipers, giving you an excellent affordable system that requires a little hub machining and preserves the original factory geometry. t."

    aren't these for just the...brackets?
"our AutoCAD engineered brackets. We make these brackets right here in the USA with state-of-the-art Trumpf CNC laser machinery for excellent fit and finish.

I believe the machining is on the hub, not the spindle and most likely it is just on the OD so the rotor will fit over it. You could probably have a brake shop put it on their brake lathe and cut it down for a small fee. This is just a guess, it would be best to confirm with them.
