Way back when, I was testing my AOD on jack stands, stupidly dropped it in park while the wheels were spinning and broke my park pawl.

How much trouble is it to replace this on an AOD?

Starting back on the car this summer, might actually get it drivable again if not finished.

I'd have no idea, and I've had my share of AOD's and issues ...I can look into it, on the one I have on the floor of the garage.

I'd appreciate it. I just don't want to pull the tranny to fix this if I managed to bust it properly. I'll just deal with it until I can swap it/rebuild it.

It isn't like I'm going to start on it this week, but I'm hoping to drive it this year, so I've got to get all of my information together and parts ordered.
