NOS Grabber Hood

    For sure! dents are a whole lot easier to fix than rust! :)

    With the right tools that dent should be a fairly easy fix (spoken by a guy with no bodywork experience) compared to rust.

    As if "NOS" matters. I'd rather have a used Grabber hood in perfect condition (and I've seen them go for $400-$500) than pay $700-$900 for a damaged "NOS" hood.

    It's condition that matters. NOS is certainly preferable to aftermarket parts, and every NOS part I've ever bought was un-damaged.

    As a body guy and I can tell you I would have that out and ready for primer in about 1 hour. That is an easy fix. Great hood for someone wanting a steel hood in great shape and rust free.

    I absolutely agree. I'd love to have that hood, just not for that price.

    U$600? Not so bad....Down here in Brazil have never seen a NOS Gabber hood. Used ones are about U$1500 and a fiberglass new U$500.


    That's why I made mine by myself. Not original but very close, kind of mix between Grabber and cowl induction hood
