Does anyone know where the cowl drains out? I want to check and see if the drain is clear.

If you can find the tech articles on this new forum....I wrote a tech article on how to repair the cowl vents.

I did my cowl and quickly found it not to be solid enough to repair. I got a replacement from a member here.

Fun project I have to say.

If it is only pinholes you could try pouring some bedliner in the vents in the cowl. Might take care of it, but it would likely only be a temporary patch. Mine was so far gone there was no chance.

Take the fenders off and u will see the drains. You can also peek in with a light there and see the damage.

From outside the car, I can see that the cowl is packed with leaves and debris.

I need to come up with a way to get that crap out of there. A shop-vac wouldn't do it. My air compressor might stir everything up but not get it unclogged. I'm out of ideas.
