What are these 2 firewall holes for?

    Those holes are there for dealer installed AC.

    My top hole was empty but had a grommet, the bottom hole had no grommet and what appears to be a wire with a factory-style connector attached. I have no remembrance of what the wire went to, all that was stripped out pretty quickly about 6 or 7 years ago. This car had the seatbelt interlock system, no sport lamps, and no A/C...
