Something useful to do with a four door. I have seen it done on a 68 Chevelle and the right person can pull it off.

Saw it on a Impala. This is not photoshopped, I took this in Gonzalas a couple years ago

that wouldve been suited as a truck

I like that first maverick and yeah the first thing I thought of was a challenger
that could be fords rendering of a modern maverick but well never see the maverick make a come back

Have to say I'm with Larry on this one.

Every time I see these shortened cars.. once saw both a '57 Chev 2 door AND '57 Nomad wagon at the SAME car show and just thought to myself.. "what a waste of such a beautiful design".

Although on the bright side.. can you imagine the wheelies these things could do with even a warmed over mill under the hood? Bonus points for that.. but not for the design itself. lol

If anything.. I've always wanted to see what a slightly longer wheelbase 2 door body(maybe stretched out to the 4 door chassis?) with a VERY minimal chopped top(about 3/4") would look like on these cars. A mini-Torino me thinks. Yeah.. I like Torino's. :yup:
