    I'm about to drop a boss 302 I'm my 72 comet next week. And u was wondering what all would I have to beef up so I don't twist the frame.

    What kind of Boss 302? The Boss 302 name is thrown around all the time. Are you saying an original 1970's vintage Boss? Or the new Ford Racing Boss 302. If they are stock, you won't be twisting anything!

    Not entirely sure. My grandpa had it in his f100 and he got the motor in some horse trading

    Idk with my grandpa. He makes a lot of Frankenstein cars. I'm trading my i6 for it and he plans on using it on a lawn mower frame.

    Even if it's not a boss. I wanted to make sure if I had to brace it or not. That was my main goal

    A belly bar is enough for a everyday 302...

    If it really is a Boss sell it and buy a fresh 347 stroker with the money...

    Yeah,if it is a Boss have fun shoe horning it in without shock tower mods,& headers,real fun.
