    Just bought a '73 Comet with a 302 and 16,250 original miles. My 5th Maverick\Comet. Great forum I'm sure I'll be asking a lot of questions here.

    I'll post pics later. 16,250, I didn't believe it till I saw the car, it had the original tires and everything on it. Had to buy tires and wheels just to bring it home. A lot of dry rot on the rubber parts, and seals, and it's pea green. Only disappointing factors are the power steering and a lot of undercoating.

    saw a 70 Ford truck on My Classic Car.
    when Dennis took it out for a drive it turned over..."30 miles"... guy said it had 11 miles on it when he bought it and he's the second owner...:bouncy:
