The car is going in the shop today, so yesterday I yanked out the 80's mustang buckets that came with the car. I am replacing them with some LDO buckets I got from Junrai( thanks again). Got to look at the interior floorboards for the first time...

I am happy with the new seats, the old seats had my butt about 2" off the floor, talk about peeking over the steering wheel....new seats are 3"-4" taller in the seat...just gotta get them reupholstered when the car comes back from the chassis shop

Finished re-assembling my control valve and power steering cylinder. Pictures to come once they are installed on the car, with my new tie rods.

Found a really nice 69 steering wheel that had been wrapped with leather, and got it installed last night. Amazing what you find in the rafters that you hid from yourself.

Replaced the Grant GT wheel with a factory three spoke leather wrapped and fixed the horn wiring back to the factory setup.

Cleaned and painted my steering column. Wired my line lock and transbrake solenoids today. Tested the line lock, seems to work like it's supposed to.

got my radiator support cut for new radiator. cleaned up some old tail lights and did a subtle tail light mod I havent seen yet (surprisingly) and cleaned up my powder coated tail light frames and mounted them all in
got the dash mounted back in place
this also gave me an excuse to teach my son to help work on the car a bit more..:thumbs2:
lots more to do tomorrow I plan to mount my spoiler since my son cleaned it up for me today and mount my powder coated mirrors install windshield install seats after cleaning them up HOPEFULLY getting my engine and transmission in and the new motor broke in by the end of the day I also need to install my door panels and handles inside and out on the black car

the white comet gt will get metallic black tail light frames that were powder coated put on along with custom door panels that I had powder coated the same color then wash it and vacuum the carpet for the show sunday
