They are both blue the Grabber has 5 lug pattern as well as still having the factory decal on the shock tower indicating it was a factory 302, amazing that decal was in almost perfect condition however the motor, trans, cables are gone, not sure about the trans cross member and explain to me again what this belly bar is, it was explained to me a year ago and I can't remember, I'll be going back there Wednesday and I'll check, it's a 140 mile round trip, I'm a outside rep that covers the area where this boneyard is so its only one day out of the week I can check on things unless I'm planning on pulling some wanted parts for myself and others to justify a seperate trip.
Belly bar is an added crossmember that goes under the motor, close to the drop in the oil pan (which isn't there for reference). Helps tie the car together a little bit more. If it is still there, nab the bolts too ... they are an odd tapered-seat fastener. Trans crossmember has two humps in it to clear exhaust pipes on both sides. Regarding the throttle cable ... many of these early ones rip the fastener out at the pedal, so check that is good before spending a lot of time on it. They were 1970-72 only, and Ford changed that end design.
Interested in the frame mounts the trans cross member and possibly front 5 lug Seuss spindles if they are still there and useable
Samsdad, If you are willing to pull parts, I would be interested in the entire Grabber wiring harness (if it is not chopped up), the AC fan motor assembly, the AC vacuum switch assembly and the bucket seat floorpan reinforcement plates. Just let me know what you want for them. Thanks, Micah
I was in that town today but no time to go the salva ok to all you guys, I'll look but the wiring I'm betting is shot, the other stuff I'll look into but it's a bench seat car.
