We used to use the old 60 s early 70s small bronco works great and if you do a good job it turns out great.fits perfectly
I'd love to see something like this happen! My only "request" would be to NOT use a mint-condition low mileage car to do so... unless it's a Comet (j/k) Fingers crossed! What about any of the AWD BMW 3-series stuff? I'm not sure about dimensions... Good Luck and keep us posted!!!
Awesome video he uses olds bravada front diff and transfer case http://www.engineswapdepot.com/?p=6994 awd mustang audi parts there is also an awd 70 chevelle in sweden or something http://www.engineswapdepot.com/ Ths website has a lot of cool/interesting swaps there is a search function on the right in a drop down menu, says select category
Ford built some all weel drive Aerostars... I don't know much about them other than the 3.0 and/or 4.0 V6 were only engine options... Block bolt pattern is unique to those engines...
Also just found this AWD twin turbo sbc runs 8's typhoon axle/transfer case, in germany Here it races a turbo awd corvette
very cool combo and I found this vid after looking through his other channel vid's and getting more similar hits in youtube. BIG BUCKS! Imagine the press you'd get doing similar mod's to a Maverick, eh? But doing it right with a twin turbo Windsor stroker of course.
