Trying to get my fuel tank lined out.
I was considering buying the new F30 tank and installing a electric in tank pump. I.E. Aeromotive 340 or a Tanks Inc pump and will be running a ProCharger
My question is will the I tank pump be enough fuel for the ProCharger or will there need to be another pump outside of tank. From what I have read the Phamtom 340 should supply the ProCharger??
    Thanks for any imput

I have an aeromotive phantom 340 in my f150 with a turbo H/C/I 351w and 80lbs fuel injecters. I'm currently at 9psi with plenty of fuel left. It's good for 700hp with efi, and I think 800hp with a carb. I love it so far, it's actually more quiet than the factory pump that was in there.

I went with the Aeromotive Dual Phantom as I have a procharged 408w going in my Maverick. I was going to go with the 340 but my motor is fuel injected with the F1R so the motor will see 750 ish HP. I was kinda right on the line so I probably went a little over kill, but hey, do it right the first time and don't worry about it. Plus if I ever decide to replace me OEM 72 Block with a dart block, then I could really turn up the boost and put a 1000hp to the ground :)

When going carb do you need the return line for fuel ??????

If you are going blow through you will need a boost referenced fuel pressure regulator with a return line. When blowing through a carb the fuel pressure needs to rise 1:1 with boost. If you don't it'll starve for fuel. Other benefits of a return system is cooler fuel, more even fuel pressure, and longer pump life.

Is this an exact fit for a Maverick?

You just need to replace the straps to longer ones for newer model or use longer strap bolts

Thanks! Where would you buy longer strap?
My existing tank is fine, but will be attempting to install the Dual Phantom pump from Aeromotive and, knowing me, make a mistake and mess my tank up some way, but from all the instructions I've read and videos I've watched, it's a pretty straight forward process.

I went to the hardware store and picked up carriage bolts for my f30 with with the 340 tank. Nothing else is needed.
