Would a 8.8 mustang rear ended fit. 72 Mav?

    You DO NOT CUT the long side of a 8.8 Explorer 2'' .750 you cut it 2'' 875 and NO less . Don't make the same mistake I did cost me and extra $200.00 to fix it.

    That .125 won't hurt a thing. The c clip axle will only be allowed to go in so much. Also use a jig to set it up.

    You don't know what your talking about ... I cut my 2''800 and the c clip would NOT index in. The axle hit the brake assemble and the axle would go in tar enough to let the c clip index into the axle

    You must have screwed something else up on that thing. Mine works fine.
