They look good Frank! hey, I'm probably opening a can of worms, but.....if getting your wheels done satisfactorily has been this difficult.....is that why you wont pull the trigger on a paint job? Or is patches not willing to become something other than Patches? Horror stories of paint jail? I suppose any reason you can live with is good enough.

I have intermittent flooding that stalls my car and leaves it in a state that it wont start easily. Yesterday I replaced the float valve seats, dialed in the float levels, and put on a fuel pressure regulator. After the fourth stall in a 2 mile test drive, my battery and starter were about done in, so I walked home to get a "jump vehicle" (8 minute walk) and returned. It was dark by then, and I found my hood opened and air cleaner sitting on the fender. A car was parked in front of it, and across the street, with a few folks milling around....they all left when I pulled up! Hmmmmmm.....since when is removing an air cleaner part of a hot wiring ritual??? Anyway, got it started and home...behind the gate...with cars parked in front of it!

These Punks were probably after your Carb , and you messed up their time schedule ! Too bad you didn't catch them in the ACT !!! Some people in this world are becoming more and more rotten.. I heard of a guy in New York that had a flat tire on his mustang .. and when he pulled over , got the spare out of the trunk and started jacking up the REAR of his car to change the tire .. a pickup stopped in front of his car .. the guy then proceeded to jack up the FRONT of the car .. and told the owner .. I'll get the fronts you got the rears.. The Owner went ' ape ' on him and he took off an left his jack under the front of the mustang .. Unbelievable.. but they're Out There !!

One thing for sure, Frank has spent enough money on numerous engine swaps, suspension mods, wheels, etc to have the best looking car on the board...
