What did you do to your Maverick or Comet today

    I pulled out the heater box to change the heater core......I think I opened up a can of worms. Rodents had built a nest out of insulation right on top of the blower motor resistor. Is that a fire waiting to happen?? I dont know how hot they get. It is also time to clean out the cowl!!!!!

    they have a seal kit for the box also, may want to install one of those while you have it out.
    I also suggest having the new core tested before installation ...:yup:

    Nothing yut. I had surgery on my right knee last week, and it went very well. I can walk ok, and drive my truck ok, but the Mav manual brakes might be another thing. Gonna try it later, let you know!

    Finally got around to applying the Comet GT side stripes. Well, got one side on today. The other will be put on tomorrow.

    Well today I finished my little project my own design like Rotisserie for one time use , not bad for a few bucks ? Now to the next step !! Remove the gas tank and suspension
