Went by the welding supply store to get some red 1/0 gauge cable to relocate the battery to the trunk. This particular place did not sell by the foot, and I did not need 50 feet worth, especially at the price they were asking. However, they had 25 ft of black #1 Flex-A-Prene heavy duty welding cable for free. As I could not argue the price, I took it. Any of you gurus know if this gauge will be sufficient amp wise to use for a trunk mounted battery?

I've been using this in all of my vehicles for a few years now, regardless of where the battery is: http://a.co/1Els4Ti
