I believe '75 & maybe '74 Comet GT had those available in black.

At some point the Mustang type seats used in '71-'73 were discontinued.

Yup, LDO Mav/Comet bucket seats - looks like they used to be tan and then sprayed black.

Those were made for later cars that had the floor raised near the passenger side of the trans tunnel. They had to squeeze a catalytic converter in there.
The passenger seat is lop-sided, one track higher than the other. Regarding how to make these work in an early car, see this discussion ....

    http://mmb.maverick.to/threads/cat-hump-bucket-seat-tracks.80862/

Especially note the extended front mount on that one seat track. You could move that back to make it match the other tracks. You will need to come up with a spacer between the track and the seat bottom to level that seat.

There also should be small and large riser blocks for the driver side inside seat track. If not, some spacers could be fabbed up. The floor pan is lower next to the trans tunnel than it is outboard. If using the existing seat track holes in the floor pan, double check that the driver seat is centered behind the steering wheel. I believe this combo should be OK. I mixed tracks and different seats and that combo is offset a bit without making an adjustment.
